We are satisfied with the system and support, especially with the response time and that is helped, even if the problem is not with the software. The system meets the needs we need. Functions that we do not use – yet – give us new ideas that we may still be able to implement with us.
For me, S | R GmbH stands for user-friendliness, ingenuity, personality, willingness to help as well as competent and fast support at any time of the day or night. S | R RETAIL is also ideal for non-sports businesses. I’m excited!
The last season went extremely well, for example the branch comparison. Even in the event of a power failure, everything could be put back into operation quickly and without any effort. We are very satisfied with the support!

Quickly reliable no problems and if they do, we are helped very quickly and competently. We are really satisfied. All supporters are very nice and competent – so you don’t have to hope that you can get a certain person on it. Although we are partly ‘cooking’ with support requests, you have remained calm and factual – compliments to all!!

Since 2002, SR has been an integral part of our everyday business. SR has become our most important “work tool”. In annual seminars, we were always able to make our suggestions for improvement and much was implemented. We also appreciate the personal customer care very much. Support requests are classified according to urgency and implemented accordingly.
Exemplary: Your digital support system with the 3 urgency levels is very user-friendly and exemplary. As a customer, I do not have long telephone waiting times and in emergencies help is provided. For less urgent questions, I know that I will still get an answer.
(…) André still had questions, so Heidi had to explain everything in detail for 2 hours. So she had passed the baptism of fire. From then on, SR was our business partner (…) Every question was answered patiently and no matter how simple it was, that’s exactly what we mean by support. Also, the interesting annual courses were always instructive and grew from year to year. (…) Meanwhile, SR even offers regional courses for its many customers.
